Power shutdown scheduled in parts of Jammu, Ramban, Doda, Kishtwar

JAMMU, AUGUST 6: The Jammu Power Distribution Corporation Limited (JPDCL) has announced scheduled power shutdowns in several areas of Jammu, Ramban, Doda and Kishtwar divisions to facilitate maintenance and other works.

According to the Chief Engineer (Distribution), JPDCL Jammu, power supply to Gool and Sangaldan stations will remain affected on August 7 from 10 am to 2 pm.

Power supply to Transport Nagar, Narwal, Railway Colony, Upper Chowadi, parts of Channi Himmat, Malik Market, Bathindi, Sunjwan, Boria and adjoining areas will remain affected on August 8 from 5 am to 10.30 am.

Additionally, power supply to Bathindi, Sunjwan and adjoining areas will remain affected on August 8 from 5.30 am to 6 am and again from 10 am to 10.30 am.

Meanwhile, the Superintending Engineer, O&M Circle, JPDCL Kishtwar, has informed that power supply to Nayi Basti, near PDD Office, Mandanchittar, Drabshalla, Hafyan, Khanpur and adjoining areas will remain affected on August 7 and 8 from 7 am to 10 am.

Power supply to Pathnazi and adjoining areas will remain affected on August 7 from 7 am to 10 am.

Similarly, power supply to Gathi Morh, Chinta, Bhalra, Manva and adjoining areas will remain affected on August 9 from 8 am to 2 pm.

Power supply to Agriculture Office Tondwah, Shah Mohalla, Batti Mohalla and adjoining areas will remain affected on August 7 from 6 am to 12 noon.

Likewise, power supply to Shiekpura, Pranoo, Jagroth, Rewara, Malnai and adjoining areas will remain affected on August 7 and 8 from 9 am to 3 pm.

Power supply to Malhori, Kaloth, Khellani, Nakhrota, Shree, Saras and adjoining areas will remain affected on August 8 and 9 from 10 am to 4 pm.
